We created the TPROFX20 group in Tickmill’s IB area with automatic processing and a weekly period. Request confirmation of the calculation basis and your account’s assignment to the group. Opening a profile or holding an old account does not itself establish entitlement to a refund.

For an enquiry, provide only your broker and country. Do not send passwords, verification codes or documents. An email enquiry does not change your IB automatically.

Rebates: a conditional refund

A rebate returns part of the commission generated for the partner. The basis, rate, eligible accounts and schedule must be confirmed before advertising. TPROFX publishes an active rate only after it is configured in the program; it does not improve returns or cover losses.

Existing account linking follows different rules from new client registration. An IB link alone does not reassign your history or replace another partner.
